    This is another phishing email that has been reported. This message was received on or
    about November 25th, 2008. Please DO NOT respond to this message. You may disregard and
    delete this message. If you have any questions about the validity of this email please contact
    the University Help Desk directly at 718 817-3999 or via email: helpdesk@fordham.edu.

    Dear fordham.edu Email Account Owner,

    This message is from fordham.edu messaging center to all EDU email account
    owners.
    On 27th and 28th November, 2008, from 11:45 PM until 7:20 AM,
    all Mail hub systems in the Portal will under go regularly scheduled
    maintenance
    in EDU. Access to your e-mail via the Web mail client may be unavailable
    for some
    time during this maintenance window to all fordham.edu email account
    owners.We are
    currently upgrading our data base and e-mail account center.
    We are deleting all fordham.edu email account to create more space for new
    accounts.

    To prevent your account from closing you will have to update it below so
    that we will know that it’s a present used account.

    To complete your EDU Web mail account, you must reply to this email
    immediately and
    enter your ACCOUNT USERNAME here (_________)

    CORRECT PASSWORD here (________) immediately for upgrading,
    Once we have updated your account, current records will be sent to your

    Account and your service will not be interrupted and will continue working
    as normal.
